At CC Media and Hosting you can register to get 24 hour trials. We offer 24 hours so that as a client, you can test our services and make sure we have services that you need and 100% happy with our services.  As our refund policy is strict, we encourage you to take advantage of our 24 hour trials before buying. If you have any issues or technical questions when you set up your services, you can contact our support team by opening a ticket, or through our slack support forum. Our team will help you make it work.


We sell digitally downloadable service all of which come with a demo. Please make you view the demo of the product to understand the functionalities before purchasing. Because of the nature of digitally downloadable goods, refunds are not possible once the files have been delivered to you immediately after your purchase, except under extraordinary situations. If you request a refund, we will evaluate your request and will process the refund as soon as possible. However, it is dependant on the circumstance(s), our payment system, or the method that you use to purchase.  If your refund is approved, it may take up to 14 days for the refund to reflect in your bank account/card.

Once a refund is requested, you will not be able to use our services or subscribe again at any time in the future.
